These Terms apply to the use of the ace66 platform and all its services. By registering on ace66 or beginning to use the platform, you are deemed to have automatically agreed to these Terms. All rules set out here have been formulated in accordance with applicable Bangladeshi law and regulatory guidelines. These Terms may be updated at any time, and the most current version will always be available on this page. We encourage you to read this document in full to have a clear understanding of your rights and responsibilities.
Acceptance of Terms & Consent
By accessing, browsing, or using any service on the ace66 platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between ace66 and you. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the platform. To use ace66, you must be an adult citizen or lawful resident of Bangladesh and be at least 18 years of age. Creating an account on behalf of a minor or facilitating their use of the platform is strictly prohibited, and ace66 reserves the right to cancel any such account or transaction without prior notice. Account Registration & Security
To create an account on ace66, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The name, mobile number, email address, and other identifying details submitted at registration must be genuine and verifiable — providing false information will result in permanent account closure. Each user may operate only one account; creating multiple accounts is a breach of these Terms and may result in cancellation of those accounts as well as forfeiture of any deposited funds. Keeping your account password secure and confidential is entirely your responsibility. You are accountable for all activity conducted under your login credentials, so if you notice any suspicious access, notify the support team immediately. ace66 may request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time and reserves the right to restrict certain services until verification is complete.
User Responsibilities & Obligations
As an ace66 user, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment. Any form of fraudulent activity, software manipulation, use of bots, or exploitation of system vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. You are required to treat other users with respect — harassment, defamatory remarks, or aggressive conduct will be treated as a punishable offence. Betting or gaming using third-party funds, or involvement in money laundering or any unlawful financial activity, is strictly prohibited and, if established, will be reported to the relevant authorities. Reselling ace66 services for commercial purposes or using them for any business activity is not permitted. Any balance in your account is for use within the platform only and may not be transferred to any third party.
Platform Usage Rules
All games, betting markets, and bonus offers available on the ace66 platform are governed by specific rules and conditions. Any amount incorrectly credited due to a technical error or system bug may be reclaimed by ace66 — users are ethically obliged to report such errors voluntarily. All financial transactions on ace66 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) and support deposits and withdrawals via local mobile banking services including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits are typically processed instantly, though network delays may occasionally extend this to up to 30 minutes. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 24 hours; however, this timeframe may be extended if security checks or identity verification are required. Minimum and maximum transaction limits are listed on the ace66 payments page and are subject to change. ace66 is not liable for any losses resulting from incorrect mobile numbers or account details submitted by the user — please double-check all information before confirming a transaction. In accordance with anti-money laundering policies, ace66 reserves the right to suspend any suspicious transaction and report it to the relevant authorities.
Limitation of Liability
The ace66 platform is provided on an "as is" basis, with no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free service. ace66 will not be liable for any compensation where service is disrupted due to third-party software issues, internet outages, natural disasters, or any other cause beyond ace66's control. Any financial losses incurred through gaming or betting are entirely the user's own responsibility; ace66 acts solely as a platform service provider and bears no liability for wins or losses. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ace66's total liability shall in no circumstances exceed the principal amount of the transaction in question. ace66 is not liable in any way for losses arising from a user's own negligence or breach of these Terms.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Ace66 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances: violation of any provision of these Terms, fraudulent activity, submission of false information, operating multiple accounts, or engaging in suspicious financial transactions. If an account is closed and legitimately deposited funds remain with no proven Terms violation, ace66 will endeavor to return those funds after completing the necessary verification. However, where fraud or a Terms violation is established, deposited funds may be forfeited. Users may also request account closure at any time by notifying the support team in writing. Even after an account is closed, ace66 retains the right to hold user data for a defined period to meet applicable legal obligations. ace66 may also take appropriate action on accounts that have remained inactive for an extended period, in accordance with its relevant policies.
Intellectual Property & Ownership Rights
All content on the ace66 platform — including logos, designs, graphics, software code, text, images, and other materials — is protected by the intellectual property rights of ace66 or its licensors. Users may view platform content for personal, non-commercial purposes only; however, no materials may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used commercially without the prior written consent of ace66. Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. No third party may use ace66's trademarks, brand name, or commercial identifiers without authorization. Where users submit or publish any content on the platform, ace66 is deemed to have been granted a limited licence to use that content.
Third-Party Integrations & Services
The ace66 platform may at times integrate with third-party service providers, such as payment gateways or game suppliers. These third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and ace66 is not responsible for their actions. If you use any third-party service, it is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with that service's terms and conditions. Where issues arise with third-party systems or payment processing, ace66 will make every effort to assist but cannot assume direct liability. Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Where changes are significant, ace66 will endeavor to notify registered users by email or platform notification, though this is not obligatory. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published constitutes your automatic acceptance of those changes. Any disputes arising from these Terms or between ace66 and a user will be governed by the laws of Bangladesh and subject to the jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts.
